I finally decided to give DG101 a try. I was looking for a AIO type cleaner, and I found this at my local CarQuest
Anyway, after spending a 15-hour detail job on a black C-5 Corvette, my friend at the shop asked me to do a "quickie" on this black C6 for a car show the next day!
Istarted late on this car, tired and all, but I figure a quick clean up to make it presentable for the show is what I had to do.
I started with the basics; clean up wheels, tires, brake calipers, and exhaust tips. No paint correction involved
This is an 08 C6 Corvette I did about 3 months ago, so the paint wasn't too bad
Cleaned up, and then I used DG 101 as my only product. I really didn't have time to do anything else with it, especially when it's getting late at night, and you're beat! :D

Anyway, I was rather impressed with the DG 101. First time I ever use it, and it performed real well
Now, I read the instructions, but I must ask anyway. Do you need to top DG101 with something else?
I was thinking DG111 for the next time I use DG

Here are some pics. Sorry they're too dark. Working inside a shop until 11pm!

Started with the exhaust tips:

My intention was not to do a review on DG101 since it was such a short notice, but I took some pics along the way just in case
Here are the modest pics afterwards

Oh BTW, this car won one prize at the show, while the other C5 Vette I've spent 15 hours detailing got nothing. Go figure!

Goose..you could top with AW after it cures, or pre-apply 601 and after 101, you can apply AW in a minimum of an hour. Hope that makes sense.

Or even 501 followed by 105 or AW or both.

It was ment to be used with no toppers but you can top with 105 or 111 depending on the look you are going for. Maintain the car with AW.
By the way the Vette looks great

Cool. Thnaks guys. I liked the DG101. I already have some AW I didn't think of using on top of it. Now I know :D
I'm going to pick up some DG111 and give that a try

Goose..101 will get you 3 months alone..topping it with AW will extend it ....you can top it with 111 or 105.....the 111 will give you a high gloss look like klasse SG....the 105 will give you a warmer look like a wax....

if you want a better 1 stepper try 501 marine...its a strong paint cleaner...BUT has great protection also...very close to 105...it has a nice deep wet look to it...

501 really deep cleans paint...its amazing on white and silver paint...
