i remember reading this article awhile back while i was at work so i decided to find it on the internet so everyone can see an example of why the body shops leave swirl marks. from working in a body shop i know country insurance and all state insurance DOES NOT pay for wet sanding and buffing. all the other insurance companies my shop deal with give .3hours(18 minutes) to wet sand and buff each panel.
