Placed an order April 29th. Received an email within a few hours, then a follow up. Today May 2 the items came in. Just want to say thank you :cheers:
Thought I would post this info especially after readin on forums that the customer serive was questionable. In my experience it was GREAT and the free shipping was a win saved $15.

The only reason why there were issues is because they just moved to a new location.Not everyones order was messed up either.it was just a few.Through my experience they have been very helpful and are quick to respond to any inconviences.im 20 and still in college so i live at home.my parents banned me from buying more stuff from here untill i run out of product.lol.it becomes an addiction the more u read the more u want to buy

I've NEVER had a problem with any order from AG in the past 2 years! I order one day and receive it the next----EVERY TIME! AG's customer service is unsurpassed.

Off Topic.... what's the holdup on the Menz Intesive Polish? It's been on backorder for almost a week. Oh... and what's the holdup on the discounts? :D

All my AG orders have been recieved promptly and I have nothing to offer other then complements to the shipping department and all the great service reps. Please don't change a thing.
