That looks like beading from a very heavy morning dew, rain beading is generally bigger from what I've seen.

Beads kinda flat and beads are mia shapen looks like beading I get from ceramic sealant. What coating did he use.

For me a true ceramic coating beads would be taller and more cylindrical

I was thinking the same thing. With any of the coatings I've used the beads have what you described. The distance between them may very on conditions, but they are pretty uniform, very round, and look like they are just perched on the surface and ready to roll off. Sealants and waxes will have less uniform, more blob-ish beads. I remember the beads I got with 845 were these big, fat, blobby beads that would shake like a jello mold until I hit a speed where they would fly off the car.
