So boom, I caked on too much Blackfire pro ceramic Black Edition and when removing it, it left behind wipe marks.

Looking for the advice to remove and fix. Yes should have be left to a professional but I've done GTechniq EXO before with good results. This wasn't so forgiving.

Sheesh, who hasn't left high spots with a coating? I got some Opti-Lens on my wife's bumper cover in front of her headlight; the Opti-Lens didn't last for crap on the headlight, but the high spot is still there years later on the bumper. It's now her beater car and the clear is failing, so I never bothered to polish it off.

You should be able to hit that with a light polish and go at the coating again.

Yes, polish it off. Do a wipe down and re-apply coating. Will be good to go!
