Do you find a -specific bug- spray works better and which product is your product of choice.

I'll often grab my High PH cleaners spay, dwell, scrub and rinse...
Be curious if product specific *bug cleaners*, are more in geared towards this specific task @ hand

I have Adam's Bug cleaner and it works great but a high pH APC like Bilt-Hamber Surfex @ a high ratio would also do a great job, say 2:1[emoji848][emoji362]

Ive always had good luck with Poor Boy's World Bug Squash at 100%.

Tarminator is my standard, everything gets compared to that. The CarPro one works ok if you use a lot, not cost effective. I typically get results with OPC at 1:3, let it dwell, and then foam the car with BH Touchless. Between the OPC, Touchless, and water pressure few bugs will remain, if any. If it's a dedicated bug-remover you want just make sure it has lemonime oil in it and it should work ok.

I personally have gotten away from as many dedicated one-trick products as I can. I went from enjoying clutter to enjoying a lean looking shelf. Dedicated bug-removers don't cater to that mentality well.

I've tried a few, they are all mostly the same thing. I would give a slight edge to Carpro Bug Out, and the P&S version works pretty good too.

I use Surfex at 10:1....takes care of most of them. If needed, I have some mixed at 5:1...never needed a stronger solution than that

For reference...I use it in an IK foamer....I think the extra dwell time makes a difference

Agreed. I’ve found that between a good soaking with Touchless and my pressure washer bugs aren’t an issue. That’s one less product I need in my arsenal.

P&S works great and is a value. 3D’s bug remover is also a valid option. Both are dilatable if purchased in gallons. APC’s work ok but not as well as dedicated bug removers.

This is my go-to product too when normal wash soap or a QD won't cut it. I've also used 3D Bug Remover, but find Poorboys works a touch better.

I use Nextzett Anti-Insekt, then foam over it.

I decided to go with 3D bug remover and it worked well. It says up to 10-1 but I just went with 4-1 And it did the trick! It was only $32 Gallon

To my surprise, an old can of Megs Tar & Bug remover worked fine after a long trip from Sydney - Melbourne - Sydney (1,800Km).

.. the front of the car was awfully covered with 100's of dead insects (some of which left blood like residue).

Agitating with a soft brush and hose off did a good job.
