Went to do a wash today On my Active 2.0 and it wouldn't turn on! I tried different outlets while resetting the breaker and still no luck. I have heard of them doing this and at first thought my unit must of croaked! As soon as I removed the tip it turned on! I was curious if anyone had a secret remedy for brushing and cleaning to UN plug them from the hard water? I know it is a combination of Calcium and rust and was considering a brass brush with vinegar or CLR or Evaporurst? Any good home remedies anyone has tried?

I’ve never used it for that specifically but CLR undiluted is beast. Gets my hose nozzles spraying crystal clear whenever they start getting clogged.

Mine have some minor surface rust, but not like yours.

I would echo CLR as well, and MTM sell a nozzle cleaning tool for unblocking.
