Are we talking Duragloss or Autoglym, or is there another one I don't know about. I've used both, and liked them, but by the time you use them up there's always something new to try, and before you know it, you've forgotten all about them.

Quite the revolutionary product when released. The original drying aid. With the slew of ceramic products in the market, it has been forgotten. Used quite a bit of it back in the day. But a great product lasts the test of time.

For the money it really can't be beat. It can be used over ceramics and sealants and is fantastic mixed with Fast Clean and Shine (80/20). Kinda what happens to products when people are looking for the greatest and latest.

Good stuff. Duragloss rinseless wash is still one of the best.

Can you imagine if the Duragloss line was re released with new packaging, branding, and marketing?

Their line is so good- I have to sometimes remind myself that just because something isn't the flavor of the month, doesn't mean it's not good anymore.

Love aquawax

80% FCS and 20% AW.

I remember that Duragloss said to not use AW every time you wash you car as it can build up overtime.

Is the mix used still as a drying aid/qd?
Just not as thick so doesn't start causing problems?

I will never be without a bottle of DG (951) AquaWax or DG (253) tire dressing.

Like stated above, the market gets flooded with the "next best thing" and some VERY good products get overlooked/forgotten.

Thing is...... The DG products still beat the ball-bag off of 95% of the "next best thing" offerings. :)

Another victim of the ceramic brigade and the tiny water bead coalition.

It is a very good and surprisingly durable as a stand alone sealant.

Ha, I think I heard the "Ceramic brigade and the tiny water bead coalition" play back in the early 80's! I think I spit my coffee out a little this morning, so thanks :-)
Loved Aquawax back in the day, easy application....but hated the build up over time if used too much and also couldn't stand the dust attraction. Duragloss does make some quality products for sure though.
