Nice job. Have not seen any type S models other than at the auto shows. These have a nice design to them as well as the air suspension.

Didn’t know about the air suspension either so thanks Guz. And I agree on the design as this year of the MDX looks pretty good and I haven’t always thought that on the MDX even though I’m an “Acura” guy.

Nice job as usual Scott. That pillar trim was horrible for such a new car, my guess is the owner takes it through automatic car washes a lot.

How hard/soft did you find the paint? Is it insanely soft like most Hondas? I'm bringing home a new-to-me MDX this week and wondering what I'll be up against. I won't polish it out until spring, but found this write up pretty timely.

Scotty....... What is your pad/product preference for those butter-soft black plastic door pillars?

I have only dealt with those once on a friend's truck, and 3D Speed/LC White flat pad worked ok, but not 100%.

But to be quite honest, I was scared to death to put any pressure on the machine, lol
