Does anybody know what this is? I’ve washed it and clayed it and it still won’t come off. Thanks in advance.

I've had contaminates that wouldn't come off with clay - even Megs red aggressive stuff. But it did come off right away with a red nanoskin clay block.

But the contaminates were little black dots on a brand new Toyota Supra - yellow. Unfortunately, those pads really mar the finish, and I had to use Menzerna PF2500 to get them out.

They are either iron deposits....or.....staining from tire dressing slinging up on to the paint. I believe it's the petroleum distillates in the tire dressing that cause this.
