N-914 1-128?

I live literally 1 mile from a huge Tesla charging station. It is all 1st come 1st serve. It's an empty lot with the charging systems. I was going to drum up some business doing RINSELESS washes. And hopefully future details there. I filled a gallon of DI with 1oz of N-914 and it barely even touched the clarity of the water. I haven't tried it yet and wanted to get your guys take.
Should I just up it a bit?

That is how it is supposed to look. Rinseless wash dilution is actually 1:256, waterless wash dilution is 1:128
