First off I coated my wifes brand new lunar rock 4runner with Gtechniq crystal serum light and 2 coats of exo v4. I swore I was going to sell the rest (bought 50 ml and 30 ml bottle of each and only used half of the 50ml) and buy a single or 2 coats ceramic/graphene for my truck lol. It was a long weekend prepping and coating it by myself. However I'm very pleased with final results. My questions are

1) Would gyeon mohs/skin be better than the csl/2 coats exo v4 I used? I know it would save me one coat as well as towels and time. Or is there a better choice or coating?
2) Do i need sio2 infused soap? Gtechniq doesn't make a soap with Si02 i believe? I know carpro reset is highly regarded. What Do i need to do to maintain the coating the best? Si02 topper? Exo can be applied later at any time just decon then panel wipe then apply so I didn't know if it was best to use a si02 wash to keep it "topped with si02" or reset then spray a topper or just wash it and apply exo when it starts degrading in performance?
3) is there a si02 or another topper that will help with drying? Also best drying towel? I have a leaf blower but I hate using it

Yes Gyeon Syncro Evo is better than CSL/Exo. As a matter of fact Gyeon Mohs Evo is better than CSL and CSL/Exo. Gyeon Syncro will not be as slick.

2) Do i need sio2 infused soap? Gtechniq doesn't make a soap with Si02 i believe? I know carpro reset is highly regarded. What Do i need to do to maintain the coating the best? Si02 topper? No you don't need an SiO2 infused soap. If you wish to try one Gtechinq has ceramic G Wash. But Reset is a better option followed by the topper of your choice. Seems like you are new to this so for a first timer stick with the topper of the brand you purchased. In this case C2v3. It can be diluted down to make a drying aid. The Gtechniq Detailer is another good option for a drying aid but it won't have the protection of C2v3.

It is also recommended to do a chemical decon wash every few months to keep the coating clean as they can get clogged.

3) is there a si02 or another topper that will help with drying? Also best drying towel? I have a leaf blower but I hate using it

I answered this in the previous question. A blower will get the paint 90-95% dry and your drying aid will touch up any reaming water still left on the paint.

I would recommend sheeting the water off the paint first with the sheet rinse technique and then using a blower of some sort prior to using your drying aid.

These are two good options for towels. The gauntlet for the initial pass and the FTW for the final wipe. I prefer the 15x24 guantlet which autogeek does not carry.

The Rag Company Gauntlet 20x30 Microfiber Drying Towel (https://www.autogeek.net/rc-gauntlet-microfiber-drying-towel-20x30.html)

Another vote for the TRC Gauntlet and FTW.

The Gauntlet is one of my favorite towels, just a pleasure to use. I too like and use the medium 15x24 version, if you don't like using a blower, you would probably benefit from the larger 20x30 or 30x36.

I also have the small 12x12 Gauntlet for wheels, which I found to be just the right size for that task and doesn't need to be folded or managed to prevent dragging it on the floor.

The FTW is a smaller towel, but still worth having for the second pass. Available in Orange, Blue and Pink............I have all three colors.

Ha ha, not quite.

I blow them down along with the rest of the car, in theory I could leave it there, but I like to wipe them over with something towards the end of the detail, one of my favorite little touches.
