Detail 1 of 2 this week was a new vehicle prep, polish and ceramic coating that included paint, glass, wheels, and trim. This is a new daily driver for a friend from a local racing group, who had put his Focus ST through my treatment nearly 4 years ago, and based on what I saw of it when they dropped off this vehicle, he's taking excellent care of it.

Pretty straightforward goal of refining the factory finish to really help the Navarra Blue metallic on this 2022 Audi Q5 really POP! All together to also help it just plain be easy to maintain too as it's a daily driver.
Mission accomplished on this one and the owner is now off showing off her beautiful blue SUV.

Polished with a Flex 3401 and Yellow Rupes Pads with GYEON Primer as the product. Coated with GYEON Q2 Mohs EVO. Wheels done with GYEON Q2 RIM and trim with CarPro Dlux.

Is it difficult to coat the rims with Q2? It seems like applicator does not easily fit into all of the areas of the wheel. How difficult is it to remove?

How difficult is it to remove?I cut pieces of a foam applicator and use it to apply to the wheels. Super easy to use and remove. Complicated wheels I do 1/2 at a time otherwise I do the entire face. it's very forgiving and removes easily.

Beautiful work as always. Is the Mohs evo as easy to work with as everyone says it is? Going to apply it to my red Hyundai Sonata before I offer it to friends and neighbors.

I recently did my wife’s car with Mohs EVO and it really is super easy. Basically you spread it around quickly and it’s ready to be wiped off. It forces you to work quick. I guess it depends on environment but for me it was in the mid 80s and humid so the wipe off had to be within seconds, if I waited close to 1 minute it would not come off, I had to add more product and wipe off. It was basically sweating as soon as I spread it. It’s nice because you’re not left wondering if you’re wiping off too soon.

The Audi looks amazing. I'm a sucker for blue cars, and you did a great job on this one.

Another couple options are the thin applicators CarPro makes to get into tight areas, or foam makeup applicator wedges you get in the cosmetics area at any Target/Walmart for cheap.

Thank you sir! Agree, I love Blue. Never owned one but may have to as this year, I've done several and like it.

Good call on the makeup applicators. Ironically I had them on my shopping list with Alexa at one point but deleted them thinking my wife put them on mine by accident. LOL! Perhaps I should have left them.

You should have! They also work great for applying trim dressing/coatings.

Buy the large suede CarPro towels and cut them up to make your own applicators.

The autofiber saver sheets also work by cutting them into small pieces.
