Most polishes work well with the white pad. If it doesn't remove the swrils or marring then move up to an orange pad. Gray, blue and red are for applying waxes or sealants or for jeweling the paint.

Blue, judging by the description of both and it's what you have (so it seems)

the poorboys professional polish can be used fine with the gray pad...if you desire a little cut then get the white pad, but the gray will do just fine....

i have found it to be an excellent cleaner. works wonders on smooth plastic trim that is oxidized.

It'll do a lot depending on the pad you use ... a polishing or finishing pad will clean the paint and leave a great base for any wax or sealant and used with a rotary and wool pad, it'll cut through sanding marks ... http://www.autogeekonline.net/forum/auto-detailing-forum/7633-pb-pro-polish-versatile-chemical-polish.html

Ok so if I used the LC white pad then I would be doing some paint correction and polishing at the same time ? So after I did that I could go right to LSP

^^^Correct. It should finish down well enough to be LSP ready. EX-P is an awesome sealant especally if there is flake in the paint.
