Dr. Beasleys NSP to polish wheels - which one?

If I want to ceramic coat my painted/clear-coat wheels which type of polish could I use beforehand? They only need to be lightly polished to kinda "clean them up."
Would I use the most aggressive Dr. Beasley's? Since I'd be polishing by hand? NSP 150?
Or the "medium" one - NSP 95?

Again, probably just doing it by hand, wondering if anybody tried this.

Edit: OR in general would you use a more "aggressive" polish since it's by hand?

Either one will work fine by hand. I think you answered your own question stating a light polish :).
