As I said in my other post, its to the point now where it doesn't even matter what brand you use they all have a coating and they all seem to fail around the 2 year mark LOL. Just pick one .

....actually looks like it's been out for a while just not in the U.S. market?

Yeah not a US market thing. If it were it would be in the Hybrid Solutions marketing.
