Guys, can you jump from compounding with Powergloss straight to 106ff or final polish? I have two wrecks to work on and one of them is an black envoy.

Don't see a problem. Do you have SIP?

Duragloss does not make a compound...the strongest they have is a buffing gel and thats not even on the market per say ..just a few sell it...
so if your compounding with Duragloss what are you using....curious

Yup, you can although you want to finish the pg down as well as you can. Are you using wool or foam? The choice of pad for the 106 is nb as well..I'd suggest white lcc...that works very well!!

I use green edge wool for poilishing
