To ceramic coat my bumper. Bumper was painted 5 weeks ago... now its a high of 60 degrees during the day. Should i wait untill next spring. So the paint can cure, and the temp is warmer outside.

I would wait. Anything below 70 degrees severely slows cure times. And if the current high temperatures are only in the 60s that's even worse.

At those temperatures I'd wait a minimum of 90 days, preferably even longer.

Check with your painter. Some call for just 30 days without sealing the paint. Some ask for as much as 90 days.
If you're in a place that sees real winter, I think you would benefit from doing it before winter comes.

He said 30 days. It would be nice to get the ceramic on before winter. But it’s fall weather here in Ohio

Get the "30 days" in writing, then coat it.

If any problems arise, he will have to repaint it on his dime....... :)

Gtechniq coatings have been said to be gas permeable. I’ve never tried it but you can reach out to a Gtechniq rep to get more info.
