This weekend's detail was a small one. Just ceramic refresh on a vehicle that owner used some improperly REALLY High pH products to clean it thus etching into the coating a bit. It still performed okay but not up to the higher hydrophobic levels it should even given its age.

Anyway, she's washed, decontaminated and revitalized, and ready to take on the elements.

Some come in as dirty as can be.....ugh.....

In this case, the vehicle didn't need nor given the circumstances cost-wise, was polishing going to happen. It was just a thorough cleaning with CarPro Reset and decontamination with Iron X followed by a very soapy and very light wipe down with a fine grade nano mitt. The surface clarity was still very strong so the results were going to be fine. Once fully dried, I wiped the surface down with paint prep and applied a single layer of CarPro SiC.

I hope that helps.
