Cleaning mud stains from textured surfaces on a Jeep

Hi guys, I have a 2006 LJ and I drive it as intended so keeping it at a “detail” level of cleanliness is a loosing battle nevertheless I do my best to clean the old girl up after every trail ride. I have the stock front and rear bumper which is textured paint or coating and there are 2 protruding bumper pads. I have owned this vehicle for years and have never to my satisfaction been able to clean mud stains from those areas. I have tried Megs APC, Dawn, wheel cleaner, wheel brushes, dish brushes, oh and also actual detail brushes although they seem too soft to get into the texture. No matter what I have ever done after the surfaces dry any splashes of mud are clearly visible. I can made them look pretty good if I hit them with Black Again or some trim restore like that but the point is that the stains are never gone completely. I’d love to know what professionals would do about that?
