Sooooooo...I have gotten literally no where with Kwazar.

https://www.autogeekonline.net/forum/auto-detailing-101-a/129533-kwazar-venus-super-sprayer-tips.html?highlight=kwazar

^^^^ For reference.

I am going to turn my sprayers into targets at my buddies backyard shooting range. I will shoot them to pieces and send those photos to Kwazar so they can see what I think of their products and customer service...

What is everyone using for: Wheel cleaners. Iron/Ferrous decon products.

Thank you!

I have 3 different IK Foamers[emoji106][emoji106][emoji106] There's a little felt filter in the tip that needs to be changed out from time to time, namely when they don't foam anymore. They also have NON foamers[emoji6]

I think you'll find them to be very good and fun to use too[emoji931]

I had issues with Kwazar sprayers in the past and also got not help from them. I expected more from such expensive bottles. I liked them while they worked but won’t be buying again.

Thanks all. Appreciate the feedback! Klasse, yes, I want non-foamers. I will be looking into trying a couple of these!

Got some of these bottles w/sprayers,
{on sale :) }, quite a few years ago.

They’ve handled every kind/type of cleaning
chemicals that I have ever used for detailing
vehicles, as well as various cleaning tasks in/
around the house, exceptionally well.

I give them: :xyxthumbs::xyxthumbs::xyxthumbs::xyxthumbs::xyxth umbs:

Marolex seems to be a better pump sprayer over IK.

My kwazar foamer has been relegated to light cleaning duties around the house. I bought my first Marolex a few years back from oversea. I am glad that it has a U.S. distributer now. I also have a few of the earlier generation of the IK pump sprayers and foamers. They are all still in good working condition but then I dont let harsh chemical sit in them for any extended length of time.

Third on the marolex. My IK had issues and no help from TRC or IK. I kbow Marolex will be no help but they are built well .

They have specific ones for Acid and Alkaline.

For just regular sprayers, I use the grey Tolco’s. They seal well in almost every bottle I’ve ever put them on, the spray pattern is very good and the trigger is very nice. Can also rebuild them if need be, but I buy them in bulk so if one starts taking a dump, I just replace with a new unit.
Now if you’re wanting a pump sprayer, Marolex over everything!

Sizzle - Do you have compressed air in your garage?

If you do and decide to go the pump up sprayer route, it looks like the Marolex sprayer has a spot where you could drill a hole and add a stubby valve stem (I just used a 1" rubber stem we use on our race wheels). Best if you have a regulator you can adjust and just set it to 40psi (or whatever spec the manual states if they give one).
Then, instead of pumping like crazy you could just top up at your air line and go.

I did this with a cheap sprayer I picked up at a big box store to experiment with turning into a cheap foamer (spoiler alert - turned out pretty well for $9). It's been a while, but if I remember correctly the 40psi came from either another manufacturer's owners manual (IE: I looked up an IK sprayer), or I pumped the pump the prescribed number of times with a full tank (lowest volume of air to compress) and checked the pressure.

Thinking more about it as I'm typing, I used a ZEP degreaser in that pump up "foamer" and even after sitting long term it still worked last time I used it. For how cheap you can get those pump up sprayers (shop around, seems like the cheap ones are all basically the same but some places charge a lot more than others), you could pick one up, add a valve stem, and use it till it quits.

All that being said, I can also totally understand wanting to just buy-right-buy-once. :D

Scotty.......... Whatever you decide on, I think we would all like to see the shots of the Kwazars getting the "St. Valentines Day Massacre" treatment. ;)

I picked up a few of these a while back, and they haven’t given me one single problem.

Thanks everyone!!! I am going to look into finding the Marolex sprayers. I want a pump and spray type deal and I do have an air compressor, so great idea on adding a nipple on it and hitting it with some compressed air!
