anybody got any tricks for removing dryed on sealcoating thats the stuff that you put on your driveway and or parking lot to make it look new I have tried clay and it works when the vehical has overspray mist of sealcoat but not for big thick blobs I will take any help i can get thanks Feed back pleasehttp://www.autogeekonline.net/forum/images/smilies/feedback[1].gif

Try RainX bug and tar remover, it's a gel, spray on let dwell 30 min.

I've used 3M adhesive remover and it worked quite well. I know of some people that have tried WD-40 with good results just make sure you wash off any residue afterwards. Good luck.

problem is this sealcoat stuff is waterbased but when it dries it is worse then any tar I hade to remove any suggesttions ?

water based?
denatured alcohol might work
