Hey Mike,

Can Gtechniq c2v3 or Opti-Seal sprays be used to top Wolfgang Si02 Paint Sealant or can they be used as a drying aid?

You can use either one. If you want to stay within the ceramic family then use C2v3. There are instructions on the bottle when using it as a drying aid.
