Just popping in to say hey to some old timers. Looks like Mike is still in the house. Sweet!!! Man it has been awhile since smelling the compound and polish in this place and I have missed it. Devil tried to take me out, but it is good to be among the living, the blessed, and among some old friends again. That is, if any of the old ones are still around.

Ive been on here since 2013, dont really contribute anything - just always asking questions lol. But yeah, I only see a few of the old timers from when I joined are still on here. A few is better than none! Still glad to see you guys are active here.

I hear you. LOL! Glad to see this place still thriving. It has a great Captain!

I’ve got to get back in the groove. Totally unaware of new products and needing to get this train back on the tracks. Hopefully soon I’ll have red 14 F150 and Black Lincoln Continental to work on. It’ll be awhile before I get my hands on them which is fine. I am looking forward to it.

Seeing lots of new tools and products since my last visit.

Just realized I placed this topic in the wrong area. My forum skills are a little rusty. Please feel free to move to “off topic”, if need be, so we don’t clutter up this space.

Well, I’m one of those guys that had a lot more friends here than I had listed as friends. I just never kept my friends list updated. I was horrible at that. Can’t tell you how many from this place that I have met, and/or spoke to many times by phone. There are so many great people on this forum. Good, and helpful people.

I fully credit Mike Phillips for fostering that sort of atmosphere here.

Nowhere near as active as I used to be. I mostly loiter now. I miss the good old days before Autogeek changed hands. Just my opinion.

I will say it’s been interesting to see how much Autogeek (and detailing in general) has changed over the years. The new technologies that have come to market, seeing brands change (remember Pinnacle XMT and Diamondite?), people come and go. Some things may never change, but nothing stays the same.

Couldn’t be more accurate.

Without Mike constantly keeping up on the forum, this place would not be nearly as pleasurable to scroll through.

And he isn’t too bad at the whole detailing and documentation thing:)
