Depends on how you treat your tires and what level of clean you want.

For maintenance cleaning I use Meguiars D143 for both wheels and tires.

If I’m cleaning for a coating or want a deep clean, I use Tuf Shine tire cleaner before the Tuf Shine coating. I recently picked up the Pinnacle Tire Clear Coat to try instead of Tuf Shine but the tire cleaner is staying. I use the Tuf Shine tire cleaner with a drill and brush.

I also use Tuf Shine. Used Pinnacle tire cleaner once scrubbed tires till white. Just for the heck of it used Tuf Shine over same tire. I had to scrub tire 2 more times because more brown came out of it. Tuf Shine is only 1 I will use now.

Exactly what I do......although I will clean tires with mineral spirits, or undiluted OPC if they are getting a coating.

I have used Adams Tire & Rubber Cleaner, DP Detailers Dual Action Tire & Wheel Cleaner, TufShine Tire Cleaner and Meguairs D143 all with great success. The only issue is that is seems to take a lot of product to get the tires really clean. Sometimes it will take two or three treatments to get the foam to turn white after scrubbing. With the exception of D143, the other products are consumed rather quickly and can get costly.
The best and most economical tire cleaner for me is LA Totally Awesome from the Dollar Store. I cut it 1:1 with water and I can usually get the tires completely clean with 1 or 2 treatments.

GYEON Tire Cleaner. I have found this to be highly effective. This is the product I find myself coming back to the most.

I have the tuff shine concentrate gallon in the cart. Going to have a dedicated tire cleaner instead of a APC. And i like the fact it is to be diluted 1:1

May want to use a drill for scrubbing your tires. I use the white brush below as I worry the black one could scratch my wheels.

Griot?s Garage Drill Polisher Adaptor Bit (https://www.autogeek.net/griots-drill-adaptor-bit.html)
White Standard Carpet Brush (https://www.autogeek.net/whstcabr1.html)
