How do you clean/detail door jams?

Easiest way is a spray foam cleaner, high pressure wash (quick )wipe, and dress with either a spray wax or aerosol wax.

You can also use ONR I hear works good but I dont know how well it will work if they are really bad with grease

quick detailer and MF towel. Done weekly with washing, and there is no buildup. Coat painted area with Klasse AIO.

I usually clean the jams with S&W or #521/AW mix.

I use the Sonus 4 in 1 Total Auto Cleaner. It is very versatile and works great.

Thanks everyone for the input. I'll be sure to try it.
DP 4-in-1 works awesome..spray it down and wipe clean with MF.

I use a mix of 50% QD spray and 50% SiO2 sealant, works like a champ but I maintain cars regularly.
If is heavy soiled then I foam some APC agitate with brush and then seal it
