is it a good idea to spritz your foam pad with a gloss enhancer QD preferably of same product name before applying paste wax........for added gloss and ease of application????

Also a good idea to QD the surface with the same product name QD between coats???

A damp pad will help with spreading the product and helps control the amount of product used. QD'ing the surface between coats might help remove dust from wax/sealant, but doesnt really amp up the surface. Zaino recommends it because Z6 offers brightners and UV protectants that "supposedly" bond to the multiple layers.

I tried QD on the pads, didn't liek it. I went back to plain old water.

could use either, but be careful of qd'ers with some protection. Could work against polishes and waxes/sealants of another brand.
