2003 BMW Z4 interior detail question

So today, I was asked to clean up the interior of a 2003 Z4. The carpet had a rust like color stains.

1. I used Meguiar’s all purpose cleaner
2 Drill brush
3. Steamer
4. extractor


It did improve, but it felt like the the stain was underneath carpet. Anyway, how do we tackle those for future reference?

Can the carpet be easily removed?

It’s so tight in there, I was having trouble cleaning it. Customer was happy, just curious was it was so hard to get it out completely.
