Used to use Mark IV tire dressing ran out and their long out of business so then I tried 3D and don't like it. The 3D dries Matte, doesn't seem to keep the rubber hydrated, very disappointed in this recomendation.

So I'm looking for a new tire DRESSING (not a coating). I've read a lot of threads and came up with a short list of three I'm interested in and was looking for some feed back on these three.

So what fits the bill for shiny and hydrating out of these three.
1) chemical guys VRP
2) Optimum Tire Shine
3) Renny Doyle Double Black

Thanks

Meg's hyperdressing. You can make it glossy by either mixing it stronger or applying more than one coat.

I should also mention that 303 has their High Gloss tire spray. The thing with this one is this, you simply spray it on and DON'T TOUCH IT[emoji106][emoji106] (other than the overspray on the rims) This stuff IS glossy and because its 303 a great value as well.

•If I were to ever want real shiny tires,
then out of these three, I would go
with CGs VRP.

•As to “hydrating”:
-The VRP consists of a water-base emulsion.

Mothers Speed Tire Shine is an aerosol that quickly coats your tires with a deep black shine (https://www.autogeek.net/mothers-speed-tire-shine.html)

You can make any tire dressing as glossy as you want depending on how many coats of product you apply. I have found that the glossier products tend to be more solvent based. I prefer the water based products like Duragloss 253 or 303 Tire Balm.

For the last 3 years I have been using Meguiars All Season Dressing. I really like that product, it lasts a pretty long time and I have not seen it sling yet. Also it has a good gloss level when you apply it. This is a silicone product, not a water based dressing.
