My friends wife ran her Yukon Denali against some brush and this caused a long scratch that runs horizontal along several panels.
Should I polish the just the scratch or the whole panels [emoji848]?
Any help I can get is much appreciated.[emoji2]

FYI: wet sanding scratches by hand. I ended up with a mini channel being too heavy handed pushing my finger down the scratch line. My car so I had a daily reminder of my “ham fisted” handiwork.

Does it require touch up paint or just compounding/polishing?

Does it require touch up paint or just compounding/polishing?I think most of the scratch can be compounded, I'm not sure about one area though. It seems a little deeper.

If you can feel it with your finger nail, it's to deep to buff out.
