How old and what condition is the leather? On new leather I would skip it...Not sure if a conditioner will inhibit leather guards ability to bond, probably not but you might want to test a section, let it set up and spill some water on it and reacts...

My concern is L1 doesn't have any conditioning capabilities as per product description

Abrasion resistant
Anti bacterial
Prevents dye transfer

So im thinking i need to apply a conditioner to preventing the leather from drying, it gets pretty hot where i live around 45-50c summer time.

I wouldnt condition. Most likely your leather is coated from the factory and the conditioner wouldn’t penetrate. It would how ever probably affect bonding of the coating.
