Best wheel well dressing for Audi??

I usually just wipe down with ONR but was wondering what would make them look better. The Audi has almost a cloth-like wheel well covering and not sure what to apply.

Try using any spray type tire dressing, spray it on and then buff off if there is extra you dont want
