Griot’s is incredible.
I had emailed them last week about a bottle of Correcting Cream that had turned to liquid and was unusable.
I gave a short description, the date I purchased it, and the batch # on the bottom of the bottle.
Here is their reply:

Yup, that was intentional. I have about 3 GG catalogs right in front of my monitor at this moment. Lol

Good analogy, Allen.
If a company will send you a replacement bottle of polish that cost 20 bucks, and you had already used it, then that is the company I want to deal with.
I have posted many times that I need some kind of tangible warranty before I buy anything machine related. (Polisher, lawn mower, washer/dryer, etc.)
Griot's not only backs their machines, but apparently even a bottle of polish.
Very impressive, IMO

I'd like to add that the digital tire gauge I bought from them back in 2007 still works and has its original battery[emoji106][emoji106]

I should have gotten than one. I have one that I use a handful of times per year. I swear every other time I want to use it the batteries are done and it takes 2 of those coin batteries! Maybe it never really sleeps and just drains them. And I’m using energizer ones, not some cheap HF batteries.

That’s very cool. These kind of thing mean a lot.
I have had similar experiences here at AG. Of the tons of orders I have placed over the years, I had a few shipping mishaps. It was the shippers fault, not AG’s. Autogeek has always made good without any questions even tho it wasn’t their fault.
Also has some questions on Flex Polishers. Chris Metcalf has personally contacted me. He went above and beyond to take care of me.
Griots, AG, Flex or whoever.... the customer service is still important to me and a reason companies in this day and age get repeat business from me.
