Hello Mike

Can you shed light on how to register a Warranty for a new Flex Tool in the US?

Flex Private Registration (https://warranty.flex-tools.com/customers/new?type=PrivateCustomer) only list European Countries as viable, No US entry in the Drop Down

On the Flex-tools US Site, (https://www.flex-tools.com/en-us/north-america/) it seems minuscule with no Warranty portal to be seen.

Can US purchased Flex Tools be registered? I just got a new Cordless Kit and am afraid to use uncovered by Warranty

Mike,

As of right now we do not require the customers to send us any information. In the future we will have customer do a online registration but for now here is what we need.

Customers need to keep receipt showing the date. The Flex units have a 1 year for the date of purchase. Here is the place to send units if you need repair of parts.
