I am looking at the new FLEX PXE 80 12-EC. My concern is run time and I only see the 2 AMP batteries as part of a Kit. The 2 AMP Batteries retail for $49.99 and the 4 AMP Batteries retail for $60.99

Can I just cut the $20 difference and get the Kit with the 4 AMP batteries and they can keep the 2 AMP batteries? I have no use for batteries with short run times. I don't need 2 X 2 Amp batteries + 2 x 4 Amp batteries for an extra $120.

Here is the deal short and sweet.

By the time one battery is empty the second one will fully charge from completely dead. There is no need for the bigger batteries and the added weight/bulk. Also there is not enough polishing to be done on a vehicle to use up the 2 included batteries.

Trust me.... I have a lot of time behind the pixie.

I have a video on my Facebook page where we started with a fully charged batter and then turned the PiXiE on and ran it over the hood of my Lexus until the battery shut off.

It went 40 minutes.
