removing mold and other allergens

So during this whole covid times false symptoms makes you bit paranoid and I realize one of my cars haven't been driven a lot and seems mold and other allergens crept in. I know I have allergies and seems symptoms can change as we get older and wondering if there is any solutions or tactics/tips to pretty much disinfect the car other then normal vacccuming and wiping panels etc. Underneath the seat was patch of mold and i vaccummed most of it but need that sucker gone. Developed sore throat and not sure if its due to the mold or hand sanitizer spray i use constantly in the car.. but still like to eliminate any allergens.
