Is ceriglass by hand worth it?

I was wondering if you can remove swirls. I don't know what happened my windshield is like 1.5 year old and it's so bad when sun is out when looking at it. It was perfect not to long ago.

I'm wondering if it's going to work just by hand to remove some of those or I am completely wasting my money?

I don't know if you will get the same results by hand. It takes a lot of work to get defects out of glass to begin with. You could try using it with the rayon hand applicator. The small kit through CarPro is affordable.
