Powder coated parts

Harley has several powder coated parts that are gloss (black) and semi gloss finish (black wheels). Are there particular products for dressing up these parts. Forks appear to have light scratches. Wheels aren't very black and have been scrubbed with HD wheel cleaner. Any ideas would be appreciated.

I had 36 priced powder coated black on my road glide. A local company did the job. Its been almost 3 years and I haven't had to try and polish any of it, luckily. Seems like if I look at the vivid black paint the wrong way it swirls though.
Ive just used 4Star sealant on it. How well it bonds I don't know. Ive read mixed results on polishing powder coating.
