As shown in the first photo, my 2013 Sierra Denali package had this trim on the doors. I knew it was full of mud because I can never get it to stop running out of them when washing. I finally decided to remove them. I started with one side in case the result was poor and I want to put back on.

You can see in the second photo all the mud caked in there. The third photo shows the mud hosed off and what was left to remove was the adhesive.

The last photo you can see the yellow stain in the clear coat (maybe you can’t see it). This stain is not from the sun, this was under the trim since birth. Any ideas of how to get it out? I have polish from SSR1 all the way up to Poorboys Master Cut (used on my RV) in my basement. I don’t want to just start polishing without checking first because I have no idea if just polishing will work. In the last photo I already used iron remover and clayed it.

Just goes to show you don't know what you can do until you try!
