Meguiars or Mothers foam wheel cone. Attach to a drill. Enjoy the therapy.[emoji854]

Either tool is cheap. Just be careful near the spoke edges. The edge will cause premature ware on the foam

What do you have for polishes?

Meguiars Ultimate compound and Ultimate polish for over the counter products.
I would not go firing away with the Mothers cone until you do some test spots by hand.
Start lightly with a foam applicator pad to see what you are up against.

That cone will tear through the paint on those 90 degree edges if not supremely careful.

Yup i’ve seen some wheels polish off by aggressive hand polishing. I’d try hand polishing first wheels off. If that doesn’t get it try the cone.

I treat my black rims just like the paint on the body. After all it's just paint. i do a full correction using the same process and use paint sealant. I take the tire off the car so I don't have to bend over or lay on the floor for long periods of time. Be careful if you are using a drill cause they don't act like a DA.
