Do the little thing matter? For example, when your done with a car, you leave something in the car for them. Maybe some candy, those white paper floor mats like from the dealer etc.... Just a little something extra that stands out. What do you guys leave for your customers?

I leave 5 business cards. I've been considering the floor mats but I keep thinking that it's just an added expense and with my customers I'd probably just find it all balled up and on the floor the next time I do the car. Candy is too sticky! "Do the little thing matter? Just a little something extra that stands out." Yes! The quality of your work.
Exceed their expectations; now that stands out.

I used to give the customers a 4 oz bottle of Adams Detail Spray (sample size) and a microfiber. I'd like to find a supplier that could package these 2 items in a goodie bag with either my business card or my company name imprinted on the bag.

I've also given a few Calif. Car Dusters to black vehicle owners. That's gotten me a lot of thank you's.
