Overview

My client for this detail is this sweet lady who is retired, but she absolutely still loves her car looking nice. She came to me because she was recommended from the dealership to have it well protected. However, I don’t understand why they couldn’t do it at the dealership level.

FYI, I understand I need to be better about shooting more than one picture. But you will get the idea.

Final Thoughts

Results were achieved with RUPES Yellow Foam + Keramik using the RUPES MILLE with other accompanying tools to get the paint LSP ready for a hand application of a high performance carnauba wax.

The car has about only 3500 miles. After all, it is a newer car. Still, the paint suffered light swirls from the tunnel car wash. Thankfully, the lady now agrees to go through a touch less at minimum going forward.

And yes, it literally took me about a couple of hours to achieved desired results with buffing and waxing. This was highly made possible with the RUPES Mille which allowed me to zip through this car. Swirls cleaned up about 85%. And no I am not a hack. Lol.

I think she definitely got her money’s worth and then some. Please keep in mind that this is not a true one step, but more so a process to pre-treat the surface to allow for the wax to successfully adhere better to the paint work. All in all, the finish without a doubt is now a lot better than how the dealership delivered it she commented.

Thanks for reading.
