Hello everyone I'm in arizona and I have been doing the helsman spar eurethane for headlights,I absolutely love it for being a wipe on type and how you dont need to wax or polish out the fine grit scratches BUT since I'm in arizona I only get about 1 year tilll its starts to fade out.Helmsman spar is a old idea and wondering what new UV clear is out there that will last?Is there anything on the market thats as simple as the spar that lasts longer (really prefer the wipe on aposed to spray on types)? There has to be somthing these days let me know whats working for you guys and thank you in advance.

Optimum Opti-Lens Headlight Coating claims to be permanent.

So does Dr. Beasley's Headlight Coating.

McKee's Headlight Coating claims to last up to 3 years.

I went with the Dr. Beasley's because you get the prep product and the coating in the kit, plus a lot more product for the $ as compared to the Optimum. Can't speak on its longevity as I just put it on a couple months ago, but application was easy.

I use a 1 k clear diamond hard or something I forget the name but apex detail has youtube video showing it lasts longer than coating
