What are you using to clean the chrome (maybe faux chrome) trim around the exhaust openings?

The carbon buildup will not come off with simple soap and sponge.

-I’ll suggest P21S Polishing Soap.

(Or, often, an AIO will work.)

Collinite Metal Wax (#850) is what I use on my chrome exhaust tips.

Works very well to remove the buildup.

Metal Wax does very well on the entire exhaust system as well. I do mine once a year.

the exhaust openings that you refer to above
(Please advise)...

Tried P21S Polishing Soap this summer and was very impressed with the results on 9 year old exhaust tips.

This is for the trim rings in the exhaust openings in the rear bumper. I’m not sure if this material will hold up to a variety of products. I was thinking someone may have dealt with the trim rings. I’ll see if I can get some of the P21S.

Can anyone compare/contrast P21S product to the Pinnacle Exhaust Polish (for 2x the price) ??
