This past Thursday, some friends and I got to play hockey on NHL ice! First, we got to watch the Avalanche destroy Edmonton from club level seats, then we hit the ice ourselves! It was "Old Style" vs "Strohs". We were all very, very happy... I'm the Strohs goalie in white.
They gave us refs, put our names on the jumbotron, and announced goals and penalties. We even had one of our hot shot kids bust the glass. They gave him a piece of the glass to take with him. I ended up with a broken stick for a momento.
