HELP! Bridge paint overspray issue

Normally we don't have issues removing most over spray from vehicles this appears to be bridge paint or an industrial paint covering the whole vehicle. I'm having difficulty removing the over spray from the headlamp and tail lamp lenses. any suggestions besides the final answer replacement.

Have you tried using a clay bar or plastic polish?
