Im a newbie and am just doing this as a hobby on my own cars. My wifes 2009 civic needed some protection and i didnt want to spend bunch of time on it. At some point im gonna do a bunch of correction and i need to clay it. But for now this will do and shes happy. I used Meguiars 3in1 and this is third vehicle ive used it on and the results are pretty good for what it is. Here is her civic

Then i also used it on my 2006 gmc envoy denali. I clay bared it and then used 3in1 and i also on weekly basis used waterless washes. I also use meguiars quik wax.

I also just ordered some Duragloss Aquawax and there polish believe its the #105 for my winter protection this year. Im by no means as good as your guys and gals work here. Im very jealous but lately ive been obsessed about detailing my wifes civic and sienna and my envoy. This keeps me from spending more money on mods for my envoy lol. Sorry for the long post but just wanted to show off what im proud of at the moment.
Thanks

I was actually also thinking about getting i think its the 601 which is the bonding agent too but this order i didnt. I heard mixing it with the 105 makes a pretty durable coating too. Thanks for the suggestion ill def look into it

Yeh ive heard good things too. Worst case ill just use the duragloss 105 and top it with the Auqawax 951 every few weeks. But im going to try and get the bonding agent too to help the longevity of the 105

You won't be disappointed with any Duragloss products.

They are tried and true. :)

Mdjas, just so you know, #111 is a pure sealant, NO cleaners in there, so it has the best durability, adding #601 makes it that much better! Also when you add #601 you can layer additional coats, so total coverage is ensured. In addition to this are the looks you get from #111, gives it a "candied" finish. It may have been quite some time I used but I know how good Duragloss is, all of their products have either met or exceeded my expectations [emoji106][emoji106]

That is good to know maybe ill use the 105 on wifes civic and her sienna for winter and treat the envoy to that combo u speak of. Hmmmm choices. Mine needs more protection because mines the only 4wd so when it snows i still go to work and drive kids and her around. Other wise she just drives kids to school so really hers see’s road salt. Mine see’s it all. Plus mines American and we all know the rust like to attach them early lol

Depends md winters can be bad because even the slightest chance of snow they dump ridiculous amounts of salt on the road so from maybe end november to probably march
