Recently I did a full polish over my car, to prep it into applying a coat of Jetseal and Quikwax but would like to reapply the sealant in about 2-3 months, before winter hits us in Canada.

I wanted to know whether it would be safe to re-apply new Jetseal over my old Jetseal, the car has no scratches or swirl marks but have been told I would need to polish my car again to remove the old Jetseal.
After a good thorough wash, I will be using CP Eraser to remove any old wax, oils and contaminants but my old Jetseal will still be there (they say)... and couldn't find any products that could remove sealant from the paint, so my best bet would to attempt a re-application of new Jetseal over the old one.

Would this be a viable option above? and if so, would the Jetseal sealant be just as effective?

Update: I also heard a APC could remove the sealant but nothing about the dilution to remove, tried looking around but no solid answer :/

thanks guys!

I would check to see if car needs to be clayed and use a paint cleaner. In my experience the Jet Seal will be weakened or gone in 3 months anyway. CarPro Eraser is just designed to remove fresh polishing oils, it isn't designed to remove old sealants

Polish is always going to be the best route
Next best thing
Is to use an acid based product such such as a water spot remover

Followed by an Alkaline based APC the followed by a solvent
