I’m a bit unusual in that I care more about the engine and interior being clean than the exterior paint on the body of a vehicle. With that said what off the shelf product would you use if ease of use and time constraints were you main focus? I was thinking of just going with Meguiars Hybrid Ceramic and calling it a day.

Nothing “wrong” with Meguiar’s
Hybrid Ceramic.

However:
Due to your predisposition towards
303 products, as noted in this thread:
What makes 303 so good? (https://www.autogeekonline.net/forum/auto-detailing-101-a/124197-what-makes-303-so-good.html)

I’m going to suggest:
303 Spray Wax (https://www.autogeek.net/303-wax.html)

Easy Peazy;

303 makes a product similar to Meguiar's HCW and can be found locally:

303 Touchless Sealant (https://www.autogeek.net/303-touchless-sealant.html)
