Had my good friend and fellow GTO owner finally bring his red 04 GTO over to have it corrected and coated. He always mentions that our cars look like different colors next to each other when we are at shows! HAHA.

Wash Decon- Hyper wash, nanoskin fine grade towel

Wheels- His brand new Beyern wheels were removed and coated in IGL Eclipse.

Correction- Sanded with 3M 8000grit trizact disks.

Polishing- Polished with 3D ONE, BOSS G21, Mckees orange foam pad. Swirl killer mini was also used.

LSP- IGL Poly 1 year coating

Should've done a side by side shot to show that they are now the same[emoji106][emoji106]

Good job. Beautiful car. Them late model GTOs have the best looking factory engine bays that I have ever seen.

How did you find the paint hardness? I feel like mine swirls just looking at it.

I imagine the paint was hard. GM usually is, especially non metallic. Looks great. Those flames only show up in the shade, I presume?
